• Coaching disclaimer. Information provided is for educational purposes and is not medical advice. Consult your physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program.
• Eligibility. You affirm you are at least 18 or have parental consent.
• Fair use. Accounts are for a single individual; sharing access is prohibited.

Refunds, Returns & Shipping

• Coaching & digital products. Non‑refundable once delivered, unless required by law. We aim to ensure satisfaction—contact support within 7 days if something is wrong.
• Supplements. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping). Opened items are not eligible.
• Shipping. U.S. orders ship within 2–3 business days; tracking provided by email. International shipping may be added later.
• Damages. If an item arrives damaged, email photos to support@yourdomain.com within 7 days for a replacement.
